Upcoming: Art Opening in New Orleans

This year, the twin cities Innsbruck and New Orleans are celebrating the 12th anniversary of their partnership. In order to further the cultural exchange between the two cities, Innsbruck sends two Tyrolean artists, Ina Hsu and Wolfgang Wirth, to New Orleans, where they are presenting their exhibition entitled Iconic Choice at the Fine Arts Department of the University of New Orleans.

Austrian Science Talk 2012

This year’s Austrian Science Talk took place on September 15, 2012 at the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington, D.C. The annual conference, which is organized by the Office of Science and Technology at the Austrian Embassy in Washington and the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation, and Technology, constitutes a meeting of U.S. - and Canada-based Austrian scientists as well as high-level representatives from Austria from government, academia and business.
